I am doing my first adventure race, it is a 20 mile mtn bike, 4 mile trail run and kayake. Do you have any hints that I might help me?Could you please give me some advice on doing my first adventure race?
-drink lot's of water
-be positive
-take deep breaths
-concentrate
-eat a good breakfast (oatmeal, eggs, banana, toast, ect.)
-put on sunscreen
There is no way that I can give you hints on how to win the race. It's all about tecnique and the things I sayed above. Good Luck, and have fun!!!
