Are you unemployed and happy with the advice the job centre is giving you?

I'm currently unemployed and just wanted to ask how the Job Centre has helped you to get back into work. I have had a few dead end jobs on and off, which lead to now-where. Has the Job Centre offered any free training to you and been successful.Are you unemployed and happy with the advice the job centre is giving you?
I went to many job centres, the YMCA and these other places. I only went there for workshops which was helpful. In terms of job hunting, the YMCA couldn't find the jobs right for me and plus they are lower paying jobs because I graduated from university so a 10-13 dollar per hour job in a small company was right for me. It was better to find a job on my own.
