What advice would you give to someone just starting out on an Elliptical Exercise Machine?

Try the Random Hills setting, keep a decent pace, about 5 MPH, and aim for 30 minutes. I love that machine.What advice would you give to someone just starting out on an Elliptical Exercise Machine?
welll..





i remember when i first got mine,


it was really exahausting at first,


but now i go on level two 3 times


a day twice a week.





i'd say if you go on level one once


or more a week for one round each


time, than slowly go on more often,


and instead of increasing the levels,





i found it easier to go on a certain


level twice than the next level once,


and than you can higher it, when you


are ready.





it helps alot to put ur mp3 player in


while ur on. it distracts you from the


pain and makes the time fly by.
