How often do you follow your own advice?

most of the time i do follow my own advice. that's how i know it works, because i try most of it out before i tell anyone else about it, unless it's just common sense like don't be a skank, i've never been one and i never will be.How often do you follow your own advice?
If I followed all of my own advice, I'd be a very happy man.





However, it is a lot easier to give advice than follow it yourself. I have given some answers from experience, but also many answers just based on observation.
yes i do follow my own advice i think that giving someone else advice helps you yourself in being more confident and i know that it will work it is good to help someone out don't you think? i do thanks :)
Most of the time....but sometimes I just can't help myself... and do something very out of character. I don't think of it as a character flaw but as a demonstration of my uniqueness ...
Hell to the no...I never listen to my own advice. Althought I know it's good advice I can never convince myself of the same. But I am learning to practice what I preach....good question.
