I have two wikis, both running wikimedia.
I would like to transclude the content of a page on one wiki to a page in the other wiki.
Is this possible?

Somehow the images in Wikimedia Commons are transcluded to all the language versions of Wikipedia, but they are all running on the same set of servers. You might mean they're running MediaWiki, not Wikimedia.
To transclude a page to another, use {{namespace:page name}}.
For pages in the main namespace, use {{:page name}}. For templates, use {{template name}}.
