I grill over 15 pieces of chickend breats this afternoon. There are about 10 left. What can I do with it? What kind of dish can I make out of this?
I also have fried anchovies and herrings. What can I do with this also?

You can cut up the chicken and make a salad. Romaine lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber. Toss it up add some dressing and you have a great meal. The herring I'm not wild about but the anchovies you can use as a garnish for the chicken salad.Your making me hungry!!!

you can put it over a salad or make an alfredo with it. saute that with olive oil and minced garlic..then add broccoli and plimento and chicken.
and place that over pasta with an alfredo sauce
Try making a delicous sandwich. Or a wrap ( just like mcdonalds ) . Maybe serve it with rice or mashed potatoes. That's all i can think of. Maybe look up an online cookbook. Maybe you can be charitable and donate it to a soup kitchen ( before it spoils! )
curry chicken salad (lunch)
shread 1 or 2 breasts
3 tbs mayo
add curry to flaver
you can also add apples and or walnuts too
Chop 4 breasts into cubes and place in the freezer in a freezer ziploc to top salads or to make fajitas at a later date
stuffed chicken breast (dinner)
Pre make 1 box of stove top stuffing (cornbread is my fave but whatever flavor you like)
fillet 2-4 breasts almost in half and place 2 spoons of the stuffing in the fillet then place the top of the breast back on. (I stick a toothpick in the cut chicken to hold it together).
Poor 1 can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup over the top and bake 35 minuted at 350 degrees

I would freeze some of the chicken to use at a later time. You could dice it up and save it for when you make a recipe for chicken.
Also you can make a yummy chicken salad.
Or buy some wraps or tortillas and a bag of salad with the dressing in the bag, mix up the salad, add the chicken and voila yummy easy chicken wraps.
slice up cold chicken, mix minced jalapenos in mayonnaise and spread on a wrap, lay chicken slices on with diced tomatoes, leaf lettuce, and shredded monterey jack cheese, roll up....Greatest sandwich/wrap ever!

BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Burritos
Dean鈥檚 Creation
鈥?1 (15 ounce) can black beans
鈥?1 tsp olive oil
鈥?陆 tsp garlic powder
鈥?陆 tsp coriander
鈥?12 ounces chicken (white or dark meat)
鈥?1 Medium onion, chopped
鈥?1 tablespoon olive oil
鈥?6 ounces BBQ sauce
鈥?8 ounces pepper Jack cheese, shredded, divided
鈥?6 10 inch flour tortillas
Drain and rinse beans. Heat beans with garlic and coriander in olive oil, set aside.
Boil or bake chicken (if not already cooked) until no longer pink, about 15 minutes. Let cool, then shred with fingers. Heat olive oil in saut茅 pan, add onion and cook approximately 5 minutes until translucent. Add Shredded chicken and BBQ sauce, stir fry until well blended.
Divide beans and chicken mixture evenly across 6 tortillas, top each with some of the cheese (use approx 4 ounces), and roll into burritos. Place in baking dish spray lightly with PAM (helps keep burritos from drying out).
Heat in 350 degree oven for 10 鈥?15 minutes, 20 minutes if refrigerated. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and heat another 5 minutes.
to use all of this up i would make a super cheesy lasagna.
chop all the leftovers then combine put them in the tomato spaghetti
sauce of your choice, let them set for a while (better over night). then make the lasagna as normal, layering each with a lot of chedder and ricotta cheese. cover the top with only the sauce until it it cooked (about 350 f for 1-1/2 hour, you can tell by the smell,ummm) then put more cheese on top of the
meal and let it melt in the oven (maybe less than 2 minutes, just keep an eye on it) . pop it out and let it sit for at least 5 minutes to cool, then have at it.
Add some of them to a pot of Jambalaya.
Chop some of them in chunks and make chicken salad.
Cube some of them and make chicken and rice soup.
Make a nice wild rice and chicken salad. It is a great main dish. Cook up a batch of wild rice. Then, cool it off in refrigerator. When rice is cold add chicken breast cut in to nickle size pieces, one can sliced water chestnuts, one and a half to two cups red seedless grapes. Mix one and a half cups sour cream and one and a half cups mayonnaise. Stir these into the wild rice, chicken and grape mixture. Then if you like and this is (optional) add a cup of cashews. Then mix well, cover and refrigerate. It is ready to serve.

Chunk it all up and store it in a plastic bag for future use, In salads, mixed with rice,in stirfry,with blackbeans,and also garbanzos. Then you can always cover it in cheese and pour over the mac and cheese you make.
Make a nice chicken salad with walnuts, grapes, celery ,onions and mayo(or blue cheese dressing), salt and pepper. Good in pita bread too.
